Did you know, in order to be covered by Uber Insurance Policy, your Uber driver has to be on the clock. They have to be registered and logged into the app.

It might a simple concept, but we recently had clients who were involved an Uber accident. They were the passengers, an incident party. Unfortunately,the driver was not logged into the app thus he was not on the clock.
